5-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom executive villa called Disney Mouse House
sleeps 10 plus baby/toddler. It has its
own large private screened pool with extended lanai area that
can be fully lit at night for evening use and entertainment.
Location
Disney Mouse House lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney
World and is situated in the up-market 'Village at Tuscan
Ridge' which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway
27. Being less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4
it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts
(e.g. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa
Bay.
Nearby there are a vast array of eating establishments
and a number of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is
less than 5 minutes drive away. All the other major
Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa has two master bedrooms (a king and a queen) each
with an en-suite bathroom. The king master bedroom also
has a cot/crib that converts to a toddler bed. There are three
twin bedrooms and these can be themed for your children - a
unique and complimentary service from Disney Mouse House. Choose from
five themes:

- Pirates of her Caribbean The remainder
of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen
dining nook, family room, dining room seating 10, a reading
room and utility room, a family bathroom and half-bath. . There is also a double garage.
Facilities
The family room has 50-inch flat-screen HD TV with digital cable,
an HD compatible DVD (with approximately 70
blockbuster/family/children's DVDs)
and a hi-fi with lots of CDs. All bedrooms have a TV with
their own independent cable TV and one twin bedroom has a Play
Station2 with games. In this bedroom too are many children's
board games. There is a games room with a pool table, air hockey
table, a foosball table, electronic darts plus a large
31-inch TV. You and the children should not get bored!
The kitchen is fully fitted with items such as a cooker, microwave,
fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, slo-cooker and
blender.
In the utility room you will find the washer and
dryer and an ironing board and iron.
Other facilities include,
full air conditioning, twin shower and Jacuzzi bath in the
king master bedroom, child-safety alarms on doors and
windows leading to/overlooking the pool, baby high chair,
stroller, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys and an outdoor
dining area with fan and light above. All linen and towels
are supplied.

Additional Information
The above prices exclude 12% Florida Sales Tax. A returnable security
deposit of £200/$300 is taken. Pool heating is charged at £20/$30
per night's stay or £120/$180 per week. A 20% deposit
is taken on booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks
before the rental commences.
