The Villa

5 bedroom – 4 bathroom vacation house on Lake Tahoe. Your Lake Tahoe rental is on the water, on the lake and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, State line casinos and Heavenly Village and Gondola. Stay on the water, not in the forest.

Location

The Lakefront House is centrally located to casino core and Heavenly Village with shopping and restaurants. On the water with sunrises and sunsets, the adjacent private pass-only beach has volleyball, paddle boats, lifeguard and upscale restaurant. There are 12 ski areas, 15 golf courses, and water-skiing from your doorstep.

Accommodation

Single-story vacation rental with 5 bedrooms (one king, one queen and three rooms with two twins each). Four bathrooms helps a lot. The hot tub accommodates up to eight and is great after water-skiing. Two TVs and fireplaces, full DVD, stereo. Exceptional views with sunrises and sunsets will set your soul on fire. Location, location, location... the house is large enough that everyone has a retreat to privacy. The kitchen will easily cook for twenty and comes fully equipped.

Facilities

The great room has stereo with DVD, TV, fireplace and ample seating for 10. The dining table accommodates up to twelve. Walk out of the house to your boat slip or boat rental and use the hot tub after skiing. The Heavenly Gondola is minutes away and the various ski busses stop on our street. Ample parking within compound.

50% required at time of booking and balance on arrival. Holidays prepaid. 45 day cancellation permitted for non-holidays. Holidays prepaid with cancellation 6 months in advance. Security deposit (cc) of one night's stay on arrival.
